In recognition of Highlawn’s 75 years of ministry, we are having special activities each month to honor that milestone!
For our November monthly activity, we are collecting items for our shut-in care baskets. You can donate items such as lotion, tissues, warm socks, and small boxes of candy. We will also accept monetary donations to go towards fresh items that will be purchased in December for the baskets. If you have any questions, please contact the church office!

Our Story
Highlawn Baptist Church was formed in 1948, by a small group of believers, and has grown into the organization you find today. While changing to meet the needs of its congregation over the years, it has never departed from the principles upon which the church was founded.
Our church is located in St. Albans, West Virginia, and is a member of the American Baptist Churches, USA, the West Virginia Baptist Convention, and the Teays Valley Baptist Association.
We invite you come and worship with us. We think you’ll find a ministry to meet your needs, and you’ll find a loving, warm, and receptive group of believers with whom you can share and expand your walk with God!
